Fitsteps - Online or in-studio

Tuesdays and Thursdays

This is a brilliant option to keep active through dance with the option of Zoom or in-studio. Live classes take place on Tuesday evening in Winslow Public Hall at 8.30 pm, or Thursday in Buckingham Youth Centre at 1.00 pm (next to Swan Leisure).

Fitsteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all your favourite dances from Strictly.  It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results.  It is suitable for all abilities and ages and you don’t need a partner.  You’ll have so much fun you won’t even realise you’re getting fit. This is a great option if you want to dance from the comfort of your home.

Wedding Dance Choreography - available from week commencing 17th May (tbc)

Village Hall, Main Road, Shutlanger NN12 7RU

The first dance at your wedding is an important part of your day and we are always happy to help you put one foot in front of the other with confidence.  An experienced IDTA qualified instructor in ballroom and latin dance will help you put moves to the song of your choice, advising you on what type of dance would suit your music.  We take into account the style of the dress (not discussed in front of the groom of course); the size of the room and the type of people you are - so that you end up with a dance that really suits you.  Most of our couples come with some trepidation and leave having thoroughly enjoyed the process.  In fact, many end up coming to classes in Buckingham after the wedding to continue the experience.

Available for those in one household or support bubble, hopefully from week commencing May 17th - to be confirmed by the government.

Private Lessons - now available from 12 April

Village Hall, Main Road, Shutlanger NN12 7RU

A great way to improve an aspect of your dancing, build confidence and learn directly from your IDTA qualified instructor.  And, perhaps more importantly in these times - it's the perfect way to start dancing again.

Currently this is available for one household couple or those in a support bubble. Your instructor will be socially distanced and we'll be following all COVID secure guidelines including plenty of ventilation and sanitisation - but good to be dancing again!

Group classes - restarting w/c 17th May: to be confirmed

Youth Centre, London Road, Buckingham MK18 1AS

No matter your skill level or experience you’ll gain a lot from our group classes.  You’ll learn one ballroom and one latin dance for the duration of the term, giving you ample time to get to grips with the choreography.  Each class includes theoretical and practical instruction along with plenty of time to put your new knowledge into action.

Our classes will remain socially distanced and following all COVID-19 secure guidelines.   For household/support bubble partnerships, individuals are also very welcome - we just won't be able to partner you.

Please e-mail julie.holland@mac.com if you wish to join after term has started, we offer pay as you go as an option.
